Episode 301: The Winged Avenger

This is the 301st edition of the Epileptic Gibbon podcast music show and the playlist to accompany it. You can CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD but note the shows are large files. The show is also available to stream via Mixcloud and the Progzilla Radio Network (the show appears on Progzilla in alternate weeks). I hope you had a good time over the festive period, despite these strange times we’re all living in. Welcome to the first eppysode of 2021. We have a feature album this time around, ‘The Secret Of Life’, the 2004 album by The Ukulele Orchestra Of Great Britain, and you’ll hear three tracks from that across the course of the show. You can also expect the usual mixture of great & eclectic sounds, including a tribute to the late, great Leslie West of the band Mountain, who sadly passed away towards the end of 2020. Below you’ll find the track list, plus weblinks from where you can find more information about each artist.

Thanks to all the musicians who contributed and to all listeners. Send us comments if you like what you hear (or even if you don’t… feedback is so important!). If you want to keep up to date with news about the show, EppyFest, or just chat with other listeners, don’t forget that there’s a Facebook group – just search for the Eppy Gibbon Podcast Show on Facebook and request to join, plus don’t forget that we’re now part of the Progzilla Radio Network. Eppy will be busy for the next show, so regular guest presenter Rebsie will be sitting in for him, so you can expect lots more great music and the usual eclectic mixture of styles and genres, so I hope you’ll come back for that.
