      Hi there,

Sorry you’re having problems listening to the show (along with others) but this is the first I’ve heard of it. There’s nothing wrong with the show itself – it’s working fine, but the platform used to listen to the show on the webpage can be very fragile and unfortunately there’s not a lot I can do about that. The best thing to do, rather than streaming it live on the page, is to download it to some form of podcatching software, the best example being iTunes. You can subscribe to the show via iTunes by going to the Advanced menu and going to the ‘Subscribe to Podcast’ option. You’ll need an address to put in there and that address is:

      http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheEpilepticGibbonPodcastMusicShow

If you type that in and click the appropriate button it should start downloading automatically and should be more stable, as long as you have a reasonable broadband connection. You can then unsubscribe at any point if you so wish (but don’t have to).

If you know of others who are having problems then please spread this around. Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest.

      Best wishes,
      Eppy
