This is the thirty-eighth edition of the Epileptic Gibbon podcast music show and the blog entry to accompany it. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN. This particular show is snuggled between Daniel & Rebsie’s recent guest-slot and this year’s forthcoming Christmas special, with well over an hour of the usual eclectic mixture of music on offer. The feature album this time around is The Infant Hercules’, a sort of demo album from 1993 by British prog rockers Big Big Train. In addition, you’ll hear some electronica, chamber pop, twisted pixie folk, jazz, indie prog, quirky pop and virtually everything else in between from around the world, including the US, France, Portugal, Australia and the UK. Phew, that’s one show done and now I have to rush off and record the next one! Send me comments if you like what you hear (or even if you don’t… feedback is so important!) and don’t forget to vote for your favourite three acts/artists as played on the show over the past 38 episodes. The next episode will be a special festive edition, bringing you the same eclectic musical mix, but all the tracks will have something of a seasonal or Christmas theme. Please do listen in…
