I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast!
It made me realize something, too: that because i am already familiar with Rebsie and becoming more so with Luna Trick, that it was so much fun and better to hear the interviews. I loved learning about how things came about – the stories behind things, their collaborating, and the songs.
So, i think that interviews are much better, exciting and easier for me when i’m already into the group or artist.
I’ve had a difficult time keeping up even with the people whom i already love. And for some time, i’ve found it almost impossible to find interest in music and artists i’ve not yet heard about. It’s not that i don’t want to but my attention span has gotten terrible.
But i was fully engaged in this one. It kept my interest throughout. I was very impressed with their skills, talent, intelligence, depth, and the knowledge they have about their subjects.
Yes, i’d say that, for me, being a fan makes a big difference in interview format. For me, this was just as exciting as if it had been a Kate Bush interview.
And then, of course, the wonderful music!

Albeit listening to this podcast 2+ years late, it is fascinating. Am totally enjoying learning more about Rebsie’s and Daniel’s professional journeys, the background to a selection of their work and how their particular alchemy works for them separately and together. Thanks for the recent reminder about this podcast – in relation to the incipient release of Alchymical Muse’s “The Boar’s Head Carol” cd?
