Episode 23: Once Upon a Time

February 22, 2009 at 8:22 pm (Uncategorized) ()

This is the twenty-third edition of the Epileptic Gibbon podcast music show and the blog entry to accompany it. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN. This particular show largely revolves around an interview with Richard Wileman, the main man and composer behind Karda Estra. There will be assorted Karda Estra tracks, plus a few tracks from other artists too, adding up to around two hours of fascinating and varied music. There is no feature album this time because I’m focusing on the Karda Estra back catalogue, but there’s the usual diverse selection of styles and genres, including prog rock, classical, electronica, soundtrack music, ambient, acid rock and general strangeness. Below you’ll find the track list, plus weblinks from where you can find more information about each artist.

Total running time: 2 hours and 26 minutes. Downloaded file is 134.4 MB.

  1. Sonny Jim said,

Beautiful show, Ian: relaxed interview, refreshingly straightforward guest, stellar (no pun intended) music. Karda Estra is new to me, and I’m the better for listening!
